About Steffani Dougan

Southeast Texas has been home to me for over 45 years.  I have witnessed this area of Texas blossom into an area where families raise their children, young adults come for opportunities, and businesses excel and thrive as industry leaders.  My intimate knowledge of this region gives me the enthusiasm and desire to make my home, your home. 

Immediately following graduation from Texas A&M University, I worked within the mortgage financing industry.  My extensive mortgage lending experience is the additional sharp tool I bring for my clients.  Not only, can I assist with real estate process questions, but I can also assist with your mortgage process questions.  This additional knowledge is a winning combination for my clients.
